Bouc Goes Wire to Wire for 2nd New Egypt
Victory
New Egypt, NJ (Aug. 4, 2012) – Danny Bouc of
Pipersville, NJ capitalized on his pole starting position leading
every lap at New Egypt Speedway Saturday night to win his second race
of the season and career. Bouc started the evening off by capturing
the 3rd heat race, and then winning his first 30 lap event in
impressive fashion. The race was not easy for him however as Dominick
Buffalino and Billy Pauch Jr. finished right on his rear bumper as the
checkered flag waved.

Bouc brought the field to the start and grabbed the lead from Mike
McAleer immediately. Buffalino wasted no time as he grabbed second on
lap 2 and set his sights on the leader. Pauch Jr. moved into
contention as he battled with McAleer for third as the field was on
record pace on the very tacky and smooth surface. Bouc had a lead of a
half of a straightaway when he hit lapped traffic on lap 9. Buffalino
then worked the traffic perfectly as he closed in on the leader at the
halfway point. By lap 20, Buffalino had no lapped cars between himself
and Bouc and had closed within 3 car lengths as the race seemed to be
destined to be a nonstop thriller. However, the yellow finally closed
the field up on lap 21 when David Van Horn slowed on the backstretch
with motor issues while running fifth. There would be three more
restarts over the last 9 laps, with Bouc in control of things until
the final one with 3 laps remaining. When that final green flag flew
Buffalino threw everything he had at Bouc trying both inside and
outside grooves, something different at every turn. On top of this,
two-time winner Pauch Jr. now was in the hunt and in the final two
turns pulled even with Buffalino looking to slingshot by the top two.
When the dust cleared it was Bouc by just a car length over Buffalino
with Pauch Jr. right behind him to complete the top three and leave
the fans buzzing. Fourth went to four-time winner Billy Pauch Sr. on
the final lap as he charged up from 18th starting spot passing Mike
McAleer who finished fifth.

Bryan Kuhl of Flemington, NJ won his second feature event at New Egypt
this season in the Crate-1 Sportsman 20 lap feature. Kuhl passed
leader Matt Carman just after halfway and cruised to the victory over
Carman and Jordan Cox. Point leader John Aumick came from 21st
starting spot to finish fourth beating 2nd in points Eric Palmer who
started 18th and finished fifth.

Spider Ensinger, Sr. of Bayville, NJ won the first feature of his
career at New Egypt Speedway in the 20 lap Outlaw Stock race. “The
original Spiderman” held off numerous challenges from Chris Allen Sr.
to take the win as the top ten were all right on his bumper at the
checkered. Allen Sr. came home second ahead of Doug Debray, Dan
Collamer and Ron Freese.

In the twin 12 lap features for the FASTRAK Late Models Rob Ormsbee
won the first one for his 50th NES win of his career between the Late
Models and the Super Stocks. Skip Syester and PJ Oliver chased Ormsbee
across the line. In the night cap, Tony Giglio took the win beating
Ormsbee and Syester with an impressive drive.
